Great service and very responsive team. We initially installed reinforced poly mesh for our windows, but after about a week, we noticed some small holes forming by our cat. We contacted them and they promptly arranged a site review. After assessing the situation, they replaced the mesh with stainless steel for us without hassle. Really appreciate their professionalism, quick follow-up, and commitment to safety, especially for our cat. Very happy with the service and speed.

Installation of the gate mesh was done beautifully and they actually came down to access and explain various mesh colour and finish to suit our preferences. One month in and am loving that I can leave the door open without worrying about bugs coming in the house.

I got solar films and mesh installed. They were very communicative about the timeline and nothing was delayed! During the mesh installation however, the guy that was drilling in the screws didn't do it very well, but the problem was solved when I inspected it before they left so they could fix it on the spot. Unsure if this is related to the screws, but the speed of the mesh retracting differs from room to room, some are smoother than others. Later on, when I raised an issue of something not being aligned, they sent someone down to help me fix it very quickly, so I appreciate the great customer service!
